A house with a characteristic bay window and a wonderful unobstructed view into the cross street. On the second floor the living room with an open kitchen and at the rear a bedroom, bathroom and a balcony over the entire width. On the third floor are 3 rooms, which can be arranged according to your own wishes. Above the attic room on the third is a handy loft for storing things.

Second floor
Through the hall on the right, you will find the wide living room with a bay window and an open kitchen. From the living room you have an unobstructed view of the Vogelenzangstraat, with the setting sun shining into the living room. If you look to the right, you will see a lot of greenery with a playground and canal. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, extractor hood, combi microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
At the rear is a bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath, a separate shower, a double sink with furniture and a towel radiator. The balcony on the East is accessible through the patio doors. On this floor there is also a separate toilet with hand basin.
Third floor

The house is located on the Warmondstraat in Amsterdam South, near the Hoofddorpplein. A quiet area in the lively Hoofddorppleinbuurt. On the corner opposite is a coffee bar, and there are many nice shops in the area. You don't have to walk far for daily shopping either. There is a large supermarket, a Hema and Etos on the Sloterkade and a Marqt. In the immediate vicinity there is also a lot of choice when it comes to cafes and restaurants. Think of: Ghent aan de Schinkel, Stadscafé van Mechelen, Drovers Dog, Lokaal van de Stad and the Vondeltuin. For sports and relaxation you can go to the Vondelpark and the Rembrandtpark, both a short walk away. The Amsterdamse Bos is only fifteen minutes by bike from this location.
Accessibility:
The accessibility of this house is very good: the Ring A10 can be reached within a few minutes via both the S106 and the S107. There are also various public transport options in the area. Tram line 2 departs from Hoofddorpplein and takes you to the city center and Central Station. Bus line 15 also runs via Hoofddorpplein to Station Zuid and Station Sloterdijk. Tram lines 1 and 17 from Surinameplein take you to Lelylaan station in 5 minutes and from here to Schiphol within 10 minutes. The center and other parts of the city can be reached in no time by bicycle, for example via the Vondelpark and the Rembrandtpark.
